All patterns sold on this website are downloadable PDFs of the instructions to make the design. They may be opened with any PDF reader and then viewed or printed, depending on your preference. If you have any issues accessing the file/s, please contact me first so I can help find a solution. Please give me the opportunity to help you before putting in a PayPal claim!

Once you pay for your pattern via PayPal or credit card, you will be able to download it immediately from the payment window. It's as easy as that! You will also receive an email receipt that also includes a download link. If you don't receive that email, check your spam folder just in case. If you still don't have it, contact me and I'll make sure you get your pattern/s, promise! Note that there are 5 total downloads available, but if you run out of downloads, you will be offered the opportunity to increase your downloads by providing your email address again.
Note that this website does not store a copy of your pattern. But if you inadvertently delete or just can't find that original email receipt, contact me and let to let me know the name of the pattern/s purchased and date. Once I verify the purchase, I can resend the original receipt to your email address so that you have access your pattern again.

If you are still using paper (like I do!) and printing off of a computer, please set your print screen to “actual size” for the best print quality. The default of many PDF readers such as Adobe Reader shrinks the text a teeny bit for some reason.
If you are working off of the charts, I'd recommend printing them in color whenever possible (even if you choose to print the rest of the pattern in black and white), since I often use color in the formatting to make them easier to use.

Of course! Pattern support is part of what you are paying for when you buy one of my patterns. I am always happy to help. You can either use the site's Contact form or email me (see below). I try my best to reply within 24 hours.

Absolutely! My Ravelry shop has all of the patterns available for immediate download, just like here, so it's totally your choice which works better for you. Please note that if you would like a copy of your pattern/s stored in your Ravelry library, you will need to purchase there, as the two websites are not connected.

Yes I do! Please email me at dee.okeefe@ymail.com, tell me a little about your business and how many patterns you need, and I'll give you all the details. Note that the wholesale pricing applies to digital download/reprinting rights only, as I do not offer printed copies of my patterns.
And note that all of my patterns are available through Ravelry's LYS program, so if you are signed up for that, you can purchase from there to get the wholesale pricing if you prefer.

If you purchase a pattern/s from this site, your email address will be stored on the Payhip platform for the purpose of sending an email to you with a link to your download as well as for record keeping purposes. This enables me to access your order for future reference, for example, if I need to send an update to the pattern you purchased or if you can't access your purchased pattern and need me to resend the link.
If you choose to sign up for my newsletter, your email will be stored for the purposes of sending the newsletter to you periodically. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any newsletter you receive. The email address you provide when you sign up for the newsletter will never be shared with any other parties or used for any other purpose other than to send you my newsletter, promise!
