Lace Triangle Collection: Ethereal Lace Shawls

The elegance of a beautiful knitted lace triangle cannot be overstated. A lovely lace shawl is a joy to behold: the awesome transparency of the fabric itself, the way it drapes, the intricacy of the tiny stitches. I started my lace journey knitting—and then designing—triangles in lace weight yarn, and so I felt it fitting that my first eBook should feature that classic shape and yarn weight.

The four ethereal lace shawls in this 43-page collection—Nadira (shown on cover), Edwina (pictured in green), Elizabeth (pictured in dark purple) and Glenallen (pictured in blue)—are fun to knit and quite a bit easier than they appear. Three of them may be worked in smaller or larger sizes. If you prefer to work with heavier yarn, all of them could also be knitted in fingering weight, but note that yardage/dimensions are given for lace weight only.

Please note that all four patterns are charted only. So there are no written out line-by-line instructions, but very detailed instructions (including little example charts) showing exactly how to use the main charts are included. My lace charts are big and really easy to read, promise! Even knitters who are not experienced in reading charts should find them very user-friendly. Also included are blocking instructions and lace knitting tips for those new to lace.

PLEASE NOTE: When purchased separately, the Edwina shawl included written instructions, whereas the other three patterns did not. For the purpose of consistency, the Edwina pattern in this eBook is charted only.
